A: We currently provide mail-in repair services covering all of Taiwan. You can send your equipment to us via courier, and we will return it after repair is completed.

Q: How long does repair take?

A: Repair time depends on the fault condition. Simple repairs typically take 3-7 business days, while complex issues may require more time. We will inform you of the estimated time during initial assessment.

Q: Are your parts OEM?

A: We provide four parts solutions:
• Solution A: OEM Parts Sourcing
• Solution B: Plastic Parts Manufacturing (industrial-grade compatible alternatives)
• Solution C: Electronic Parts Manufacturing (simple circuit boards)
• Solution D: Cable & Connector Manufacturing
Alternative parts are not OEM authorized, but quality is reliable and costs are significantly reduced.

A: Repair services come with a 6-month warranty. Parts are consumables and do not have warranties, but we ensure quality meets industrial standards. Please contact us if you have initial quality issues.
